We are seeking a Foodbank Co-ordinator for South Sefton Foodbank, which is run by St. Leonard's Youth & Community Centre.

Responsible to the Manager, you will be responsible for daily line management of the drivers and warehouse workers.

You will also co-ordinate all aspects of South Sefton Foodbank to ensure the continued provision of emergency food to vulnerable people in South Sefton. This will be achieved through the continuing recruitment, equipping and co-ordinating of volunteers across the Foodbank network, and by working in partnership with other associated organisations.

South Sefton Foodbank is a complex and very busy operation involving muliple volunteers, voucher holders and distribution points. The key aspect of this role is co-ordinating people and organisations to work together alongside direct delivery. Also working closely with the Manager of St. Leonard's Youth & Community Centre, The Registered Charity that runs the foodbank, and involvement with our Resilience Project, which is directed at Foodbank users. Also providing a monthly report to the Manager and Trustees.

A clean driving license and the ability to drive a van is an essential requirement of this post.

Because of the requirements of our vehicle insurer, the post holder must be older than 25.

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
