Murray Myers are very pleased to be assisting their client, an engineering business with the recruitment of a logistics administrator based in West Bromwich.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday between 07:30 to 16:00

Key Responsibilities:
Production Documents:

- Stock levels - manual adjustments as required and update adjustments register
- Works orders - allocating codes and batch codes, input WO on system, issue and receive yield and stock, and update works order and production spreadsheet
- Monitor and administer delivery schedule and liaise with production, sales and purchasing
- Update Works Order spreadsheet
- Adjust sales orders, scan and archive
- Send customers samples as requested
- Contact and arrange transport
- Despatch material to customers and produce all shipping documents required
- Planning and overseeing incoming customer material deliveries
- Provide order status to customers
- Attend weekly production, quarterly production and management review meetings
- Participate in annual stock take
- Must be numerate and literate
- Experience in administration duties
- Familiar with import and export procedures
- Good IT skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A good working attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Problem solving abilities
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Letters of Credit preferred
