YOUR ROLE

Our Operation in Cannock is looking for a customer focused Stock and System Controller, where you will take responsibility for running and interpreting reports and providing data for management and client.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into Operating Manager you will provide first line systems administration and support the contract with regards to the WMS and contribute directly to its overall efficiency in the most cost-effective manner, achieving and exceeding both Contractual and Company targets. You will be responsible for all stock-related queries and reports, working closely with the operation to ensure a correct stock file is maintained.

You will carry out all relevant activities safely and securely, whilst observing company policies and procedures. You will investigate and provide reporting from the WMS system that can be interpreted and used for operational efficiencies.

You will assist operational and management staff in the best use of the warehouse management system and other systems on-site. You will ensure all contract stock accuracies are maintained and in line with SLA. You will drive the culture of continuous improvement and obverse and adhere to Health and Safety policies.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 but flexibility is allowed.

You will be a problem solver and will be able to work as a part of the team as well on your own initiative.

You will be IT literate and be able to use programs such as Excel, Word etc.
