You will be required to contact customers to schedule routine maintenance visits, organising breakdown call outs and coordinating the engineer's diary. If you are someone who enjoys administration and customer service work this could be the role for you The hours of work for this role are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
**Role**:
- Answering incoming calls professionally; often as the first point of call taking reports of customer equipment issues.
- Calling existing customers to book preventative maintenance service visits.
- Coordinating engineer visits to equipment breakdowns and managing the engineer diary with the office team.
- Working with suppliers to order spare parts for customer equipment.
- General administration including printing and filing of engineer job sheets, sending engineer job sheets to customers and processing maintenance agreements.
- Sales and Purchase order processing for spare parts and consumables, packing orders and booking in new deliveries.
- Assisting engineer's with hotel bookings & other travel arrangements.
**About you**:
- You must have your own transport to be considered for this role due to the office location.
- Have a reasonable knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have a great telephone manner and confident communication skills
- A can do attitude
- Enjoy customer service, admin and working as part of a team
