1 x Full Time 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm)

1 x Part Time 28.5 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 09:00am - 14:40pm)

Be at the forefront of change and help Lead the future of our Recruitment Service.

To Link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales.

Send and manage TRAC comms relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitment
process from Advertising to Interview Outcome.

Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smooth
process for allocated vacancies.

to provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps and
timescales

To readvertise vacancies as required.

You will become part of a supportive team, facilitating a wide range of recruitment for EEAST. This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent sense of achievement and the opportunity to develop a range of coordination and administration skills as well as an understanding of the Ambulance Trust and how they deliver great patient care. You will have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues and will be encouraged to rise to all challenges and opportunities available to you.
