The role includes a salary of GBP23,000 and benefits that include holidays that increase to 26 days holiday plus bank holidays over time,an attendance bonus, pension scheme, and free onsite parking.**
**About the Customer Advisor role**:
Working in a busy office as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will provide customer support to customers across the UK. Duties will include:

- Recording complaints, forwarding them to the right department, ensuring they are dealt with
- Co-ordinating credit notes with finance and other departments
- Logging all complaint forms sent following customer site visits, liaising with other departments
- Issuing work requests to labs for any sample submissions requiring testing
- Co-ordinating any collections with the warehouse where required
- Working closely with customers regarding product training courses including course details, arranging attendance and issuing certification
- Liaising with customers regarding relevant marketing literature including product specification sheets and COSHH data
- General administration including filing complaints and archiving documents

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in a phone based customer service role such as Customer Service Advisor, Sales Support or Sales Administartor
- Experience in a technical product role would be interesting but is not essential as full training will be provided
- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communicator
- Strong ability to develop product knowledge
