We have an exciting opportunity to work as the Global Marketing Associate Director in the Global DDR Franchise. This role, reporting into the Global Commercial Lead, will support with the creation and lead the implementation of the global strategic brand plan across Gynaecological Cancer. This role works collaboratively with key global country and regional leads globally, as well as a wide range of x-functional teams including: Marketing, Global Analytics & Insights, Digital, Pricing and Market Access, Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory affairs, R&D, Product development, and others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive brand strategy development and implementation, tactical planning and execution of key launch deliverables in partnership with key functions from Global, international business teams and local markets
- Partner with key markets to understand their needs, drivers/barriers and evolve plans to improve the business
- Lead the execution and delivery of tactics for all HCP stakeholders including developing content and managing agencies
- Drive well-coordinated and high-impact plans for improving opportunities at key congresses - collaborating with the Global and Local Brand Teams and other AZ teams
- Strengthen internal community across franchises, provide leadership across markets, cross-pollinate launch findings, and support other engagement and communication efforts

**Essential Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and at least 3 years' experience in oncology, marketing and/or strategy function, sales experience is a plus
- Proven experience and knowledge of a broad base of external collaborators including PAGs, patients, prescribers, payers, providers
- Demonstrated use of insights to deliver effective marketing strategies
- Effective cross
- functional project leadership and influencing skills to inform, persuade and lead across markets and functions
- Capability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a track record of exploring new ways of working, driving new opportunities, and catalyzing others to build creative solutions
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy
