About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Global Discovery Operations Lead to join our team at SKG Consulting in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Global R&D Discovery IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a global services portfolio and ensuring excellent user experience through stable, consistent, and compliant operations and support.

The successful candidate will have a BA degree in computer science, information science, management information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience. They will also have extensive application support experience within the applicable functional business area and strong relationship management skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
