**Etex are currently on the lookout for a HR Administrator to join the team**

**Location: Bristol or Burton on Trent with Hybrid working arrangements**

**Competitive Salary Depending on Experience**

**What you’ll do**:
**Your role will be mainly responsible for dealing with payroll and offboarding. However, you will be involved in other areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and absences.**

**Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to**:

- Updating and maintaining the HRIS and internal trackers
- Ensuring that all leaver paperwork is processed in a timely manner
- Processing all paperwork for payroll and ensuring all administration changes are completed and/or collated in accordance with relevant time scales
- Regular communication with employees and line managers
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Managers plus HR team members

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong HR Database/HRIS system experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- CIPD certification is desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly; Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrable relevant HR experience in a similar position
- Strong organisational and communication skills being able to multi-task effectively and work to deadlines
