**What can I expect day to day?**

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you'll have the freedom to do things differently, working alongside a Recruiter within our Education market. You will operate within a high-volume and fast-paced environment, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experienceempowering you to learn and grow.

No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

- Building new relationships with clients to identify business opportunities.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in the Technology market.
