**Industrial Door Key Account Co-ordinator**

**Salary: **£24,000.00 - £27,000.00 per year

**Location**: Bristol

We are seeking a Key Account Co-ordinator to be a dedicated point of contact for major corporate key accounts. Providing support and management for existing contracts for the maintenance, reactive repairs of security, fire, and Industrial doors across theUK.

**Key Account Co-ordinator Key responsibilities**:

- Manage customer expectations and achieve KPI targets
- Asset management
- Prepare quotations for reactive works
- Arrange emergency callouts
- Manage and renewal of maintenance contracts
- General account administration
- Sales order processing & Purchase order processing
- Providing reporting account information for clients
- Updating of Customer portals

**Key Account Co-ordinator Skills Experience**:

- Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective and dedicated customer service or facility management background is necessary, Door Industry knowledge would be beneficial.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to manage own workload
- Evidence of successfully working to KPI’s
- Commercial awareness
