Apuljack Electronics is a growing company which undertakes repairs, upgrades, custom design and product development in the electronics arena.
We are offering an opportunity to work in a friendly environment, carrying out a variety of tasks which help contribute to good team working and an efficient office.

**Duties will include**:

- Responding to telephone calls.
- Greeting visitors.
- Unpacking goods inwards.
- Booking incoming units on to the repair system.
- Picking stock for online shop orders.
- Preparing and packaging parcels ready for despatch.
- Updating customer records.
- Keeping packing area, customer area and stock organised and tidy.
- Other general office tasks as required.

**Key Qualities**:

- Keen interest in providing good customer service.
- Good telephone manner, able to listen and respond well to people.
- Computer literate with the ability to use basic Microsoft packages (training provided for bespoke systems).
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to organise tasks with a proactive approach to workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake various tasks applicable to the role

The position has arisen due to growth and would be full-time (37.5 hrs). Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an element of flexible working. Salary meets min wage (age dependent).

**Salary**: £14,032.28-£21,224.65 per year
