One Property Recruitment are seeking a Resident Services Associate in the Newbury area. This is a site based role focused on customer service and lettings. Our client is a Leading Operator in the Build to Rent Sector, an industry that has taken over and changed the rental market for the better with high quality apartment buildings that include extra amenities and dedicated site teams. This exciting new development will give you a real sense of pride in the service you provide to residents each day. This is a real customer service role and therefore a passion for a quality service delivery and property is a must for this role. Core duties include:

- Being the face of the company and first point of contact for residents
- Dealing with resident queries and problem solving
- Managing complaints
- Undertaking property viewings and progressing with enquiries
- Ensuring that queries are dealt with efficiently and with great customer service
- Carrying out routine inspections of communal spaces
- Assist with resident events

This role is with a leading client with a portfolio with a huge portfolio across the UK. The company are keen to internally promote and there are opportunities for a Build to Rent career.
