The home boasts a fantastic reputation within the community, with strong links with local stakeholders, and we are seeking an experienced and driven nurse-qualified manager to further establish the home and continue its exceptional offering of first-class care.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents.
Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Financial Management:
Manage the home's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
Community Engagement:
Represent the home in the community and maintain a positive image. Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a nursing home, ideally focused within the luxury care market.
Previous experience of managing a large-sized nursing home, and a strong track record of regulatory compliance.In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
