As a Nocturnal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users through personalized care. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Supporting individuals in managing challenging behaviors
  • Aiding with financial management
  • Assisting with medication reminders
  • Helping with meal preparation
  • Supporting household tasks
  • Facilitating social interactions and community engagement

This position is ideal for those with prior experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviors and personal care needs. You will have the chance to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently in certain situations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Current DBS registration (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Recent experience in health or social care within the UK
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults
