**What you will be doing**

You’ll supporting the end-to-end processing of payroll for William Hill’s Group (Head Office) or Retail (Licensed Betting Office) colleagues.

**More specifically, this role will**:

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for William Hill Group colleagues and Execute all payroll input processing and reporting tasks
- Handle payroll administration duties including data extraction, correlation, and auditing
- Propose process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls
- Address queries from third parties such as earnings inquiries
- Collaborate closely with HR and managers to ensure process adherence and teamwork
- Develop familiarity with William Hill's SAP SuccessFactors system and maintain organized filing systems, databases, and operating procedures
- Oversee Auto-Enrolment & Re-enrolment processes and administer the company sick pay scheme and handle absence and overtime pay rolling.

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll have hands-on experience in payroll administration, including understanding auto-enrolment, sick pay schemes, and statutory payments calculation.
- You’ll be familiar with SAP or similar payroll systems, along with proficient Excel skills for data management and analysis.
- You’ll be driven by accuracy and precision in payroll processing to ensure compliance and correct employee compensation.
