**Your role in the team**:

- You’ll execute all payroll input processing and reporting and perform Payroll administration such as data extraction, correlation and auditing. You’ll ensure agreed payroll KPIs and SLAs are met and delivered with a continuous improvement mind-set and propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy or enhance controls. This is a 12-month fix term role.

**You’ll also;**
- Resolve queries from third parties e.g. Earnings enquiries and work closely with HR and Managers to ensure complete adherence to processes and collaborative working.
- Manage adhoc processes and projects as and when required and support others within the team and work collectively when needed.
- Develop knowledge of William Hill’s SAP SuccessFactors system and maintain well-organised and effective filing systems, databases, and operating procedures.
- Support and manage Auto-Enrolment & Re-enrolment process and administer our Company sick pay scheme as well as maternity, paternity, court orders, P46’s, p45 input.

**Skills needed**:

- Experience of working in Payroll with an understanding of Auto-Enrolment and the workings and rules that go with it.
- Experience of operating payroll with a Company Sick Pay Scheme and have extensive knowledge of Statutory Payments and how they are calculated.
- Experience of working with SAP payroll systems is desirable as are good Excel Skills
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to listen and connect with the customer.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes, be analytical with experience working with a Time & Attendance system.
