Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator

Location: Leeds (with parking available)

Duration: 2-3 weeks

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team for a short-term project. This role is fully office-based in Leeds, with convenient parking available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees. Training will be provided. However, there will be more inputting of information.
  • Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (Training provided)
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in payroll administration or data entry is preferable.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills.
