**What you will be doing**
- You’ll supporting the end-to-end processing of payroll for William Hill’s Group (Head Office) or Retail (Licensed Betting Office) colleagues.
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly payments
- Managing payroll administration for legislative compliance and National Minimum Wage checks
- Maintaining and producing P11d data, and supporting PSA administration
- Providing Tier 2 support for SMP and SSP calculations, and assisting with Jersey & UK Payroll
- Performing monthly User Acceptance Testing and proposing process improvements
- Delivering excellent customer service for payroll queries and resolving issues within SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborating with HR and Managers, and supporting team members and projects as needed
- Maintaining organized filing systems, preparing third-party payments, and conducting manual payroll calculations for audits

**Who we are looking for**
- At least 5 years of payroll experience, comfortable with high-volume payroll (10,000+), and experienced with SAP payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of Pensions, including Auto-Enrolment, and extensive knowledge of Statutory Payments and their calculations.
- Proficient in P11d data collation and production within timescales, with good Excel skills (advanced is a bonus).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes, a positive can-do attitude, and experience with Time & Attendance systems and driving payroll improvements.
