Integrated Sexual Health Receptionist

**About the role and our team**
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and conscientious Receptionist to join our Integrated Sexual Health Team within Women's, Children's and Families Services
The Integrated Women’s, Children’s and Families Services deliver care to women, children (aged 0-19 years old) and their families and our aim is to provide a high quality, seamless service to our patients offering the right care, at the right time, by the right person.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support, participating in all reception duties and delivering an outstanding service to our clinic users attending the GUM Clinic, Family Planning Clinic and Termination Clinic.
Some of your duties will include:
- Welcoming and registering all new clinic users, creating new medical records as required
- Assisting medical staff with referral letters
You may also be required to cover some evening clinics and participate in a Saturday morning rota.

**Additional information**
Please note a standard police check is required for this post, which Manx Care will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.
A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role. A uniform will also be provided.
A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
