Receptionist / Appointments Clerk - Integrated

**About the role**
The role of Receptionist / Outpatient Appointment Clerk is to provide a welcoming contact to patients directly or on the phone at the W&C Outpatient Reception desk. You will a key customer focus which includes effective written communication, face-to-face and over the phone with patients, clinical and non-clinical staff and members of the general public to promote the best environment for efficient running of our outpatient clinics.
Some of your duties will include reception desk duties, appointment booking, referral processing, and general clerical duties.
