Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Ecommerce, Tech & Product, Brand Engagement, Buying, Merchandising and People. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideals, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

**The Role**

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and manage the relationship with our affiliate network ‘Partnerize’, leveraging relationships across the Farfetch Group to continuously build our program
- Handle all day-to-day communication with our affiliate partners across multiple markets, negotiating the terms of engagement with our partners
- Develop KPIs for affiliate groups, including Gross Sales and Cost of Sale.
- Champion a data-driven approach to campaigns by sharing performance metrics with the department and wider business, drawing insights and allowing this to inform the tactics for our marketing channels
- Own all daily reporting of performance, conducting analysis to identify which affiliate partners are driving the best quality customers and spotting any ‘gaps’ in our program, to optimise towards full price, high value customer acquisition
- Monthly forecast and budgeting, working with the finance team to raise POs and ensure all payments are accrued and accounted for and spend is on track
- Work alongside buying and merchandising to support tactical trade pushes - reporting on performance in monthly catch-ups
- Proactively identify appropriate Partnership opportunities outside of our affiliate channel, considering different industries which can provide customer synergy and access
- Communicate optimisation direction in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders
- Understand the bigger picture goals for Affiliates and Partnerships, proposing and executing the strategic and tactical plans to deliver the business goals in a multi-channel environment
- Forecast sales and present business cases to the wider team to engage with existing or new affiliate partners, bringing innovation and creativity in tactics to stay ahead of competition

WHO YOU ARE
- Affiliate experience working in Retail/Fashion vertical
- Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements with third parties.
- Effective budget forecasting and spend management
- Ability to conceive, plan, execute and review your own projects.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to understand the ‘bigger picture’ outside of their immediate channel and remit
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data driven with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Comfortable with large data sets, Google Analytics exposure advantageous.
