**Title**: Performance Marketing Digital Specialist
**Department**:E-Commerce & Systems
**Reports to**: Head of E-Comm and Systems

**OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE**
Working primarily across own consumer brands to improve return of investment on paid media channels and delivery of a strong global performance marketing strategy, that supports the overall DTC proposition and strategy.

**ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**What are the main duties of this role?**
**STRATEGIC PLANNING**
- Execute all performance marketing across channels and markets, including Paid Social, PPC,
- Maintaining digital marketing campaigns cross channels and markets; including PPC,
- Working with the Head of E-Comm & Systems to develop and deliver a traffic strategy to drive high volumes of quality traffic to the site & optimize omni channel consumer experience to drive high conversion rates
- Optimise and maintain our performance marketing channels, focusing on key performance indicators such as ROAS and CPA.
- Drive education and sales across channels, both internally and externally.
- Discover new channels to create plans for new performance marketing channels using a test and learn methodology.
- Working alongside the Global Content Manager to ensure content strategy is executed across performance marketing.
- Co-own Affiliate Marketing with PR Manager; manage relationship with Rakuten, on-board new affiliates and look at media packages, work to improve AOV and ROI.
- Drive UGC Generation using applicable platforms and routes.
- Delivery of promotion process, including briefing, creating and publishing of new promotions.

**FUNNEL MARKETING MANAGEMENT**
- Delivery of the online media strategy and briefing in new content.
- Based on best performing assets, report on and optimise advertising content, adapting to each platform and audience.
- Manage and report on weekly spends across audiences, channels, and markets, highlighting key KPIs and how this relates to % of overall net revenue.
- Work across departments on new product releases, brand campaigns and other key messages and events.
- Provide support for web changes such as new banners, blogs
- Identify key trends and opportunities across the marketing funnel, focusing on new customer acquisition.
- Provide adhoc admin support across all digital to support performance of channels. Inclusive of admin of e-commerce platform data attribute to promotions.
- Provide support on adhoc projects that will support Retailers (ie PowerReviews, Bizarre Voice

Sampling)

**MARKETING ACTIVITY**
- Web merchandising - show new product additions, top sellers, pre-orders, and stock availability for optimum performance marketing activity.
- Work with DTC team on the performance marketing aspect of the DTC calendar and work with the in-house team and agencies on implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Daily current affairs monitoring and content curation.

**CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE**
- Deliver front line response to direct consumer contact.
- Manage ad message in line with brand and company positioning, ensuring input from correct stakeholders.
- Creating ‘How To’ documents for performance marketing to ensure a consistent brand message and tone of voice to the rest of D2C.
- Close off communication with consumer ensuring satisfaction and positive messaging when interacting with customers.

**MARKET INSIGHTS & REPORTING **
- Work with manager to define, measure & monitor success of each channel & integrated media through KPI benchmarking, attribution modelling etc.
- Weekly and Monthly Performance Marketing / Ecommerce Reports.
- Reach, engagement, and conversion tracking vs. activity and KPIs.
- Qualitative trend and insight analysis in the aim to continuously optimise brand activity.

**BUDGET MANAGEMENT **
- Daily and weekly budget tracking across all brands reporting to Head of E-Comm & Systems.
- Maintain monthly performance marketing budget reports to wider business.
- Manage budgets for conversion and ROAS optimised campaigns, reporting regularly to Head of E-Comm & Systems on performance.
- Delivery on attribution modelling, ensuring spend is best optimised by channel.
- Ensuring costs are well maintained, raising applicable Purchase Orders, and entering in expenses against any credit card spend

**RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**
- Work with agency partners to deliver best in class channel programs designed to maximize budget efficiency & deliver business goals.
- Work with commercial team on retail-focussed campaigns across markets and brands, ensuring key metrics are being optimised.
- Develop strong working relationship with wider KMI team to support ecommerce business in most optimal way.

**Qualifications**
- BS/BA in Marketing or any related field
- Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
- Performance marketing experience highly desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading AS
