My client is an established global software company looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, to lead the business through an exciting period of change within their Martech stack.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for owning the marketing operation function and optimising it to enable the ‘needle in the haystack’ data to be extracted for commercial outcomes and drive forward change across the organisation.Thecurrent automation tool in place is Marketo, but there is scope to improve and potentially change this and explore other cutting edge tools to achieve their complex and ambitious outcomes.

**Location & Working style**: 100% Remote, very flexible culture non set hours based on delivery

**Marketing Automation specialist duties include**:

- Looking at developing and improvement of existing marketing operations with the next goal of total transformation - leveraging cutting edge tools.
- Running multiple projects and getting stakeholder buy in across a complex global matrix organisation
- Problem solving, being hands-on, experimenting, measuring and using automation to make everyday life easier.
- Engaging with the latest trends in marketing technology
- Owning the Martech budget
- Driving to continuous improvement in oneself / the team / the organisation

**The Ideal Marketing Automation specialist will have**:

- Demonstrable experience in a B2B tech - tech to tech would be a bonus
- Advanced Proficiency with another CRM or Marketing automation platform ideally Marketo or similar
- Experience in data analysis
- Tech savvy with ability to work with at least two of the following languages: Python, JS, SQL
- Driven to try something new, push boundaries to get results
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to transact and influence across diverse, cross-functional teams
