We are seeking a proactive Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in HubSpot. As a vital member of our Revenue Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation campaigns and generating leads for our business.Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will collaborate closely on strategic initiatives such as lead scoring while serving as the primary architect behind our marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot for our global marketing efforts.

This role is based out of our Central London Office, with expected attendance of 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

In this fast-paced and varied position you’ll be developing and executing marketing automation campaigns using HubSpot and serving as the primary point of contact for all global marketing automation operations. This opportunity will be leading on projects, managing incoming tasks from the global team with efficiency and precision. It is essential in this role to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Day to day you’ll be:

  • Creating and optimizing automated workflows, including registration drives for global events, tailored nurture journeys for products, and personalized journeys for net new or inactive contacts,
  • Championing the creation and management of email templates for a variety of global campaigns from events marketing, to product nurtures, to newsletters, to welcome/re-engagement journeys,
  • Deep diving into the database to understand our audience and build targeted segments,
  • Implementing governance and strict processes within HubSpot, adhering to best practices for email marketing, segmentation, form creation, landing pages, subscription centers, and preference centers.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing data to continually refine and optimize marketing automation strategies,
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on HubSpot, providing guidance, training, and support to team members as needed,
  • Reporting on email campaign analytics and providing insights for optimization,
  • Establishing best practices for reporting, analytics and revenue marketing campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

Darktrace warmly welcomes applications from candidates with a proven track record of marketing automation using HubSpot. In depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies , and marketing automation workflows is essential. We are looking for exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. It’s likely that you’ll also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • HubSpot certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
