Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and Adobe Launch Specialist. This role will require expertise in Adobe Analytics for comprehensive data analysis and reporting, proficiency in Adobe Marketo for marketing automation and campaign management, as well as a solid understanding of Adobe Launch for tag management and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and marketing insight to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics to track, measure, and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain customized dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing campaigns, user experience, and conversion funnels.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to enhance digital marketing initiatives and drive business objectives.
  • Implement and manage Adobe Launch for tag management, ensuring proper deployment of tracking tags and data layer configuration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, track progress, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.


Additional Preferred Responsibilities:

  • Guide how to explore Adobe Marketo platform, including campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Help Marketo team in designing and implementing automated workflows, lead nurturing programs, and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Help monitoring lead generation, scoring, and segmentation processes to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.


Main Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Launch for tag management, including data layer implementation and rule configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with tag management systems (Adobe DTM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and data integrity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
