**Administration Officer (Temporary to Permanent Position)**
**Location**: Hemel Hempstead
**Salary**: £12.71 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. As an Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks including Parking permits, Reception duties, Meeting room management, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Parking permits**: Managing the issuance and maintenance of parking permits.
- **Reception**: Welcoming visitors, booking appointments, and issuing passes.
- **Assisting with Contractors and Landlords**: Providing administrative support to contractors on-site and liaising with landlords as required.
- **Meeting Room Management**: Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and set up according to schedule.
- **Printer Maintenance**: Refilling printers with paper and ink as necessary to maintain smooth operation.
- **Stationery Ordering**: Managing inventory and ordering stationery supplies as needed.
- **Maintenance Tasks**: Carrying out small maintenance tasks such as rubbish removal, restocking first aid kits, and replacing batteries in small items.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
