**JOB TITLE**: Project Coordination Administrator
**JOB TYPE**: Permanent
**SALARY**: £22,000 - £25,000
**HOURS**: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
**LOCATION**: Aylesford

**DUTIES**:
- Administrative support for a team of 8 colleagues
- Raising all incoming orders on the system for the team
- Updating the existing work records with customer order details
- Ensuring all job completion reports are logged on the system
- Submitting invoices to clients
- Work closely with Account Coordinators and offer support during absence and sickness
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Process driven
- Organised and proactive
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fast-paced role previously
- Experience within the Construction / Engineering industry is desired but isn't essential
