**The role**:
Ensuring the site is clean and well maintained, helping customers with anything they may need, and carry out any other work requested. This role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and bank holiday working.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Willing and able to work independently; previous maintenance experience is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Goal orientated with some sales experience
- A current Full UK drivers licence, and ideally transport to cover the 3 sites (two sites in Brentford and Isleworth)
- Forklift licence is desirable

**What you’ll do**:
**Site Management**:

- Complete all reasonable maintenance and repairs
- Ensure all revenue and growth targets are achieved

**Sales/Customer Service**:

- Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
- Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
- Provide stellar customer service, resolve complaints and address concerns, always keeping our values in mind

**Maintenance and Administration**

- Take pride in the site and maintain excellent standards
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks on a daily basis, including painting, cleaning and small DIY jobs
- Keep the site safe and healthy for staff and customers
- Keep company systems, policies and procedures running smoothly
