What does the role involve?

We are on the lookout for an Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team within our Vehicle Solutions Division. **This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Newbury office.**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their skillset within the world of communications and engagement, allowing you to participate and contribute to the overall Employee Engagement strategy and take lead on planning and implementing initiatives, to support future growth plans and business success across the division. Working with colleagues, key stakeholders and internal departments you will manage the creation and delivery of internal communications including; ad-hoc business needs, monthly business newsletters, wellbeing communications, internal display screens, Team Talk magazine and communicating monthly business wins.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Overseeing all internal comms for Novuna Vehicle Solutions
- Working collectively with the wider business in delivering engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes
- Manage our Simply Thank You platform, with both colleagues and our supplier
- To champion Novuna Vehicle Solutions' employee forums to work effectively and efficiently

We are looking for someone who has the ability to craft engaging and effective communications. You are great at building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and are not afraid to get stuck in, taking a concept and making it a reality. You adapt a can-do attitude and bring an abundance of energy and enthusiasm into your work. You are able to engage your audience through effective written comms, understanding how best to communicate with the target audience in order to entice, engage and educate.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Ability to think differently and outside the box
- Ability to work on own initiative - planning, prioritising and juggling multiple workloads
- Creative flair when it comes to written communication
- Knowledgeable and comfortable using Microsoft Office
