**The role**
Customer Services Information Specialist RCN Library and Heritage Centre, London. Full time, 35 hours 9-5pm Monday-Friday, with one late weeknight 11-7pm and one in six Saturdays 9-5pm on rotation. Permanent contract based onsite at London HQ Library. There is more to the RCN than you might think. We support their practice, represent them, lobby on their behalf, and develop them. As our Customer Services Information Specialist you’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to engage with and deliver an exceptional service to our members. In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from overseeing our day to day social media or visiting our regions to promote our services to helping answer member enquiries. We'll look to you to help us reach our members and promote library services across a variety of platforms to ensure the best possible member experience. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential. As well as exceptional customer service, to join us you’ll need experience with social media. To succeed at the Royal College of Nursing all you need to do is think bigger, better and brighter. And with an attitude like that, anything’s possible.
