**Do you have office based experience within a sales environment?**

**Are you looking for an opportunity to utilise your existing skills and develop new skills?**

I have an exciting opportunity with one of the largest steel distribution companies in the UK, who are looking to add someone dynamic and driven to their sales team. Ideally you will have some experience in a sales admin/sales support role and have an interest in taking on additional responsibilities such as managing accounts and building new relationships.

**You will need to have the following skills**
- Understanding of the sales process, from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Good telephone manner
- Confidence to communicate with customers over the telephone
- Good computer skills
- Excellent people skills
- Well organised

**On a day to day basis you will be doing the following**
- Handling inbound calls - accurately taking orders and enquiries
- Outbound calls to existing customer accounts
- Following up on enquiries
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- General administration
- Processing orders onto the system

The salary on offer is up to £28,000 however they will be able to pay a bit more depending on experience.

On top of the basic salary there s a monthly commission which can earn an additional £200-300

Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
