Sales Support Administrator

**Job description**
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s up-and-coming Bathroom and Kitchen Showroom’s as **Sales Support Administrator.**
Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable, and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 6.00pm
Weekend Hours available
**Rate**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting customers to the Showroom.
- Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and those who are waiting for a member of sales staff to become available.
- Walk around checks ensuring the Showroom is in order i.e. maintaining displays, switching on TV screens, keeping a tidy café area, ensuring brochures are stocked.
- Introducing customers to the relevant Sales staff.
- Taking telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries, order updates.
- Maintaining a professional manner at all times including customer hospitality.
- Communicating with Suppliers and Manufacturers relating to customers’ orders.
- Additional ad-hoc administration support to Sales team as required.
- Raising Invoices, taking payments etc.
- Providing Technical Information to Fitters/ Installers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Full-time hours: 40 per week
Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
