Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Preston
Remuneration: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
Actively support the sales team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance.
Manage individual workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence promptly.
Create a positive impression by answering telephone calls with a friendly demeanour.
Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
Monitor, review, and complete various work streams, including emails, quotes, portals, and general office duties.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all quotes.
Perform general office tasks, including filing.
Address potential customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Assist other areas of the business as needed.
Any other duties as reasonably required and directed by the manager.Requirements:
Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong customer service skills, consistently maintaining a professional approach.
Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
A proactive problem solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
