**About us**

Smart IT are a specialist software provider of Odoo ERP systems. We have teams based in Kirkham, Rugby and Vancouver. The current position will be based out of our Kirkham offices.

**Responsibilities**:
All aspects of this job will be based upon our in-house ERP system - Odoo. Full training will be provided.
- Producing sales quotations in conjunction with the sales team
- Sales invoicing - weekly, monthly and ad-hoc
- Reviewing timesheets for accuracy and referring to team members with queries
- Populating support and hosting contracts for clients
- Ensuring accurate recharging of any 3rd party services
- Setting up subscriptions for recurring billing
- Setting up new projects and change requests within the system for the project teams
- Any other sales administration support as required.

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams. Full training will be provided on our in-house ERP system - Odoo
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
