Sales & Finance administrator
**Hours**: Full time FTC, extension to permanent

**Salary**: £22k - £26k (DOE)
**Location**: Preston (office based)

The purpose of this role is to support the Sales Team with administration and the Admin Support team with financial stock management as described below but not limited to;
**Key Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of sales advertising updating website, social media and weekly adverts to Farmers
Guardian & Farmers Weekly
- Marketing plan
- Responsible for booking all staff training / dealer trips, including accommodation & travel
- Ensuring all CASE KPIs are achieved, liaising with CASE re stocking, invoicing, discounts and
commission
- Liaising with workshop re insurance & warranty claims
- Overseeing workshop & parts team holiday / on call cover
- Creating publications when needed
- Stock management & control (wholegoods & parts) including audits
- Sales orders & invoicing (internal & external)
- Liaising with website / database providers (Ibcos Gold, CNH, RedX, Farm Creative)
- Manage the Leasing of company vehicles
- When needed act as PA to directors

**Person specification**:

- 3 or more years' experience in a sales admin or finance admin role
- Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, CRM, websites & social media
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create spreadsheets and
manipulate data. Strong creative eye.
- Understanding and ability to work as a flexible team member, contributing to the delivery of
business objectives
- To be adaptable and responsive to change
- Ability to be proactive and work on own initiative
- Ability to keep accurate records and customer contacts;
- Must hold a full driving licence
- Willingness to work flexibly and outside office hours should this be required.
