**Role**:
You will work alongside the Director to provide a comprehensive and seamless sales training service to the existing Change Consultants and new starters. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of all training, to increase performance and maintain a level of consistency.

**Main Duties**:

- Support the Director in designing and delivering sales training including new starter inductions.
- Recruitment onboarding & Training of new starters - 360.
- Promote learning through a variety of delivery methods. Primarily sales induction, which is delivered in the classroom and on-the-job coaching.
- Monitor calls and provide relevant training and coaching.
- Review meetings booked to establish the criteria are met maintaining high standards.
- Review Change Consultants daily reports to maintain uniformity.
- To prepare, carry out monthly staff reviews and identify training / coaching requirements.
- General administration, as required, for delivery of training courses and programmes.
- You will have exceptional presentation skills as well as the ability to effectively train and develop at all levels within the organisation. This will be done by delivering innovative and engaging training sessions/ inductions as well on-going training during probation period and ongoing.
- Supporting with the production and maintenance of training materials and resource documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively up to Board level and proven stakeholder management skills.
- Develop and ensure safe working practices.
- General administration duties.

**Experience, Skills and Attributes**:
Knowledge and experience of delivering training programmes using different learning styles and coaching methods is essential. The ability to work both as part of a team or independently using own initiative. Strong administration skills. The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines to meet the needs of the business. Training and coaching skills essential.
