**What does an Cash Reconciliations Supervisor do at Collinson?**

This role is a 12 Months Contract. The role is to lead the Reconciliations Team ensuring their work supports the production of accurate and timely financial information for management and statutory reporting purposes.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Delivery the most efficient processes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis aligned to KPI’s
- Carry out regular staff appraisals giving constructive feedback and setting challenging but achievable targets
- Support the Financial Reporting teams for TE, Insurance, Loyalty, Assistance and Central Services
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation and implement

Delivery of the below tasks, listed below but not limited to, assigned to the team:

- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Delivery of the daily General ledger distributions for TE entities
- Cashiering
- Cash allocation
- For the I&A entities the production and management of the bank subaccount report
- Ensure tasks completed by you and the team are in accordance with documented company procedures
- Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (or qualified by experience)
- Proven record of succeeding in a deadline driven environments
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge and experience of Finance Systems (preferably Access Dimensions, SAP and Maconomy)
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organisation
- Experience of multi-currency environments
- Self-motivated
- Well organised
- Being able to work as part of a team but also capable of working on own initiative
