**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Inside Sales Managerwho has excellent negotiation, influencing, relationship building and communication skills.

Hate cold calling, but love converting quality leads into business opportunities? Then this is the role for you. As an Inside Sales Manageryou will build a robust pipeline of sales qualified opportunities for the business by qualifying and converting high-qualitymarketing qualified leads from the company’s market-leading marketing activity, inbound enquiries and partner relationships.

As the Inside Sales Manageryou will also act as an ambassador for the business as the first point of contact for sales enquiries.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Inside Sales Manager include:

- Managing relationships within Microsoft and other partners to drive referrals
- Developing close working relationships with Business Unit Directors and Sales Managers to transition qualified opportunities
- Managing accurate leads data and records
- Working closely with the marketing team to help shape effective campaigns
- Producing leads reports and conducting ongoing analysis of results to refine and improve the conversion of leads
- Aligning activity and focus to the business strategy, sales priorities and the market
