**Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and marketing initiatives
- Become proficient with using the CRM and other sales automation tools for contact management and sales pipeline management.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new client prospects through direct or indirect contact and prospecting activities
- Mine and research client data for the business intelligence that enables the building of effective client prospecting strategies
- Produce lead reports and document important customer opportunities; ensure action is taken and leads are followed through
- Communicate with and assist management on strategic initiatives
- Compile pricing proposals along with other company documents and respond to written client requests for information

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential
- 1-2 years of successful marketing, business development or inside sales experience selling software products or services.
- Ability to meet quantitative goals, take direction and work independently
- Outstanding time management skills
- Exceptional communication abilities both verbal and written; must be comfortable talking with new client prospects via phone
- Ability to understand and professionally communicate operational and technical benefits of our integrated logistics solutions
- Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and commonly used social media formats such as LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook, etc.
- Willingness to sell in a team environment, where interaction with other sales, support, and development personnel is necessary to achieve sales goals

**Job Types**: Contract, Commission
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: £16,343.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
