Our People team is expanding, with the introduction of a new role of Reward and Recognition Lead. This role will be accountable for leading the strategic direction of reward and recognition within the NHSBSA, continuing the transformation of our pay, reward, benefit and recognition strategic offering. If you are an experienced reward and recognition practitioner that is forward thinking, proactive and takes an evidence based approach, this role may be the perfect opportunity for you to join the NHSBSA
