Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the delivery of the Global Reward strategy, lead on various reward projects, and manage day-to-day activities such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful completion of reward projects, delivering individually and through the team, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm
  • Manage two Reward Analysts and drive a process of continual improvement
