Our client is a large complex organisation with sites across the UK. A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward and Recognition professional to join our client on a permanent basis during a period of growth and positive transformation.

As Reward and Recognition Advisor, you will support the Reward and Recognition Lead and wider People team in providing specialist support to the business in all matters of Reward, Benefits and Recognition.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide the organisation with a contemporary advisory service on all aspects of reward, recognition and benefits.
- Work closely within the HR team to ensure reward and recognition schemes are in alignment with business objectives and future goals.
- Lead the continual review, development and implementation of the organisation’s approach to reward and recognition.
- Collate salary data and information to support with the organisation’s salary surveys.
- Carry out benchmarking activity to ensure the organisation is competitive and contemporary in its reward offering.
- Ensure data integrity for all Reward and Benefits is maintained.
- Work closely with the Wellbeing and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recognition and benefits schemes are in alignments with their strategic aims.
- Responsible for internal communications in relation to Reward and Recognition across the organisation.
- Develop and regularly update the organisation’s intranet and website regarding reward, recognition and benefits to ensure information is accessible, coherent and engaging.
- Manage and advise on the full Job Evaluation process within the organisation.
- Support the HR team by coordinating events and campaigns to promote Reward, Recognition and Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in compiling company reports.
- Undertake ad-hoc project work.
- Have demonstrable experience of supporting HR projects ideally from within the Reward and Recognition specialism.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Have the ability to work proactively within a complex environment.
- Be passionate about all matters concerning Reward, Recognition and Health and Wellbeing.
