**Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday (ability to work evenings and weekends when needed for events is essential).
What is the role?**
As a senior member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for generating funds through leading, managing and planning the work of the Fundraising Community and Events team. You will plan, implement, monitor and evaluate a broad range of activities,projects and promotions to maximise income, holding the budget for income and expenditure across the team.
A key element of the role is to take responsibility for external community support and the internal upskill of colleagues across the organisation on fundraising approach, messaging and income generation needs. You will continually raise the profile of the charityin order to develop relationships with supporters in our community, senior volunteers and senior staff.
