- Provide General Support to the Director

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent clerical, administrative, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to computerize documents and type accurately
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
