Job Title: Direct Dispatch Co-Ordinator
Positions: Full Time
Department: Sales
Reports to: Direct Dispatch Sales Manager
Location: Sutton House, Berry Hill Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 2NL
- **Responsibilities and Duties**_
- Order Processing
- Taking ownership of designated accounts working independently
- Product set up
- Arranging returns/credits and replacements
- Setting up and monitoring pricing
- Using customer portals for downloading orders and managing stock
- Liaising with internal departments and account managers
- General day to day housekeeping of accounts
- Supporting other members of the team to cover holidays/absences and to achieve deadlines
- **Experience and Skills**_
- Have previous administrative experience
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- A keen eye for details - Have excellent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft office & excel are desirable)
- Be able to take ownership of their own workload
- Have time management skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Be flexible and eager to learn
