About The RoleWorking in a busy office environment, they will be the main point of contact for the engineering team, supervisors & management, relaying delivery information on numerous builds across the Northeast.
The Project Co-ordination role is fast paced & there are a lot of parts to the role. Therefore we are looking for an individual who has an excellent administration background, who can manage & own this work stream. They will be expected to structure and improve the processes in the department and fully understand the operational needs in the department. The Project Co-ordinator should be the main point of contact for any information relating to their relevant build areas, so must be able to multi-task.
**What will you be doing?**
Avonline Networks operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services. We are specialists in building high-quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK, from national fibre networks for voice and data services, to delivering the latest technology to multiple dwelling units.
**What **will your key responsibilities be?**
- Management & review of build documentation relative to all build stages
- Be the main point of contact for all build information & changes
- Hold weekly build reviews with Direct Labour & Sub Contractors
- Work closely with all teams across different stages of the builds
- Liaise with Planning Team to review documentation & amend where necessary
- Completion of weekly Delivery Trackers
- Risk Register / Action Log management
- Monitor progress against the build programmes to ensure deadlines are met
- Wayleave monitoring
- Build Documentation Control & Checks
- Create change packs throughout the build stages
- Working with the Delivery Managers
- Address Report / release sheet checking (THP Management)
- Admin Support to Manager and onsite Supervisors.

- Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding attention to detail
