REED are working with a forward-thinking and expanding organisation, recruiting the position of **HR Assistant **to join the team on a Permanent basis.

Full time or Part time will be considered, flexible on the working pattern.

Within the role you will hand a range of generalist HR responsibilities, including employee relations, recruitment, induction and onboarding, holiday and sickness management, system management, general hr administration, and some project support.

We are looking for someone with existing HR experience who is confident in dealing with day to day HR-related tasks and has an understanding of HR processes, regulations and requirements.

You will work alongside the HR Manager who will be looking after some more strategic matters and be on hand to support as required.

**You will have**:

- Minimum of 1 year in HR Administration/Coordination
- Exceptional levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidentially
- Diligence and great problem solving skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
- CIPD would be desirable, although not essential
