Our client is a premium doughnut concept coffee shop, invites passionate individuals to join their dynamic team in Central London. As the flagship store with plans for expansion across the UK, company is seeking a Production Kitchen General Assistant - Doughnut Fryer to contribute to the innovative and luxurious doughnut experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Doughnut Frying**: Execute the frying process for dream doughnuts inspired by classic French patisserie concepts. Training will be provided to ensure the highest quality and consistency.

**Kitchen Maintenance**: Responsible for cleaning the fryer, changing oil, and maintaining the cleanliness of the frying room to meet our hygiene standards.

**Stock Management**: Assist in carrying goods to the basement and storages, ensuring efficient organisation and accessibility of ingredients.

**Shop Maintenance**: Tidy staircases, storages, and other designated areas within the shop premises, ensuring a clean and organised environment.

**Baking Assistance**:Support with simple and light baking production as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment
- Basic Knowledge of Food Safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on doughnut frying techniques.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Minimum Basic English

**Working Hours**:

- 5 days a week (with an option for - 6 days)
- Shifts from 06:00 to 15:00

**Pay**: £12/hour

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Central London
