Job title: Production Assistant


Reports to: Director of Production


What you need:

• Ability to effectively work and multitask at any one time

• Have a positive, can-do outlook and be willing to work in a team environment.

• Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Be unafraid to ask questions.

• Use initiative and be proactive in everything you do.

• On-set experience is not essential but would be a bonus.

• Experience in production or post-production would be a bonus but not essential.

• Ambition to learn and progress within a growing team.

• On-set production support (when needed).


Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist the Producers and the rest of the team

• Take direction from the team, prioritise and manage a ‘to-do’ list

• Assist producers with all logistics and travel

• Assist producers with equipment needs for all crew and departments

• Assist producers with generating call sheets

• Organize & manage production kits for your team

• Basic office support, answering / screening calls etc.

• Support on ordering products and sourcing props.

• Uploading and allocating invoices to DEXT

• Managing location recce images

• Help to create pitch, location and art buy presentations to send to clients.

• Responsible for collating all images / content from shoots produced to deliver to The Production Factory marketing department for use on social media and online.

• Attending set when needed to support the production team.

• Any other such duties that may be required from time to time relevant to your role



Please note this role is full time office based when not out on set. Our offices are near London, Kings Cross.
